My name is Sara Harris and This is Me…

Who am I?
I’m a wife, a Grandmama, a mother, a daughter and I like to think a good friend!!
I was born in Mexico, raised in Oregon, and found my footprints in Hawaii

My family
Who I love, breath, smile, cry and live for. My parents Beatriz and Juan the reason I became, my
husband Mojo, who has been my love and sole provider. When I actually think about it he has
allowed me to express beyond myself in many ways!!
Our three strong daughters: our youngest, Sophia who took me out of my comfort zone when it
came to food and entertaining with her school parties, gingerbread houses for 25, and birthday
cakes!!
Yvonna and her babies (our grandchildren) Taylin, Thad, Aksana, and Joaquin
Yvonna has my love and passion for food, and has surpassed me at that age, making the most
beautiful cakes for our grandkids!! Our eldest Natalia, her husband Brandon and their 2 babies
( our grandchildren) Liam and Logan who Facetimes before 5am and before
my espresso machine goes on. Liam who has taught me how to be a better Grandmama/mom. His
mom Natalia knows me better than I do, is more like me than she likes to think, but with the self
confidence, and determination that she can accomplish anything she sets her mind to.. Without
her this website/blog wouldn’t be possible. She designed this site with her love and passion so I
can express myself. My friend/sister Linda and her family who are part of our family, and no
matter where in the world we move to, they will always be close sharing in new family memories.
Linda, who has dropped anything when I’m in need, support, comfort or just to be listen to, the
one that has pushed me to believe I can do this, that I have something to share with you, also
the reason why you are here reading this. Credits go to her and my Editor-in-Chief Natalia Harris
Lozano

My love for food,
like to believe that I inherited my love and passion for food from my Mother Beatriz and my grandmother Socorro

My passion for entertaining comes from seeing my guests enjoy what I cook for them and how special I make them feel. My father in law used to say ” you’re only as good as your last three parties” and I’ve taken that to heart!!
